Pimiento Tea Room- Holly Springs

Nestled in a beautifully restored 1840s home in the heart of Holly Springs, NC, Pimiento Tea Room is a one-of-a-kind culinary haven that transforms any occasion into something truly memorable. We were lucky enough to catch a reservation on a Sunday which they like to call their Sunday-funday tier service: A casual pre-fixed 3-tiered service! Reservations available each Sunday.
The scones and salad started off our prefix party, with devonshire cream, whipped butter and housemade jams. Our tier tea sandwiches were phenomenal from the meatloaf frittata with pickle on house made focaccia. Then came the coconut chicken salad on a croissant with lime curd , pickled red onion and arugula, followed by the caprese bites and rosemary sausage balls on white cheddar. Hands down the table favorite were the hollandaise deviled eggs! To end the afternoon on a sweet note they served chocolate passionfruit cupcakes, bourbon peach pound cake trifle, key lime macaroons, and chocolate brownies with specks of gold leaf atop. The fun doesn't stop with the food, the hilarious wallpaper in the bathroom is a must see (IYKYK) and the dolly patron fireplace shrine makes you feel like you've seen it all. Such a fun place to try and will absolutely be back for birthdays and anniversaries.
