DeWayne’s Christmas Land in Selma, NC, about 30 minutes southeast of Raleigh, is one of the largest Christmas stores in North Carolina and is open now! DeWayne’s is a family-owned store that began in 1991 as “DeWayne’s Pumpkin Patch” and has since evolved into a celebrated destination for festive decorations and unique gifts. Beyond Christmas, DeWayne’s also operates year-round as a nationally recognized, award-winning garden center.

DeWayne’s famous “Christmas Land” is what visitors travel from all over North Carolina to see! Christmas Land is open now through the end of the holiday season and features 10 uniquely themed rooms, each designed to showcase different aspects of holiday decor. Visitors begin at the Grand Entrance and walk through rooms like Wrapped in Red, Country Christmas, Personalization Station, Winter Wonderland, and Gold and Glamour, strolling in the whimsical Snow Much Fun room before looping back to the entrance. These rooms have endless amounts of decor, from personalized ornaments and rustic accents to glittering garlands and collectible ornaments. 

The DeWayne’s shopping experience is made even better by DeWayne’s Sweet Shop, serving 24 flavors of Hershey Ice Cream, 20 flavors of gourmet fudge, and fresh-squeezed orangeade. And for anyone looking for more sweets, Burney’s Sweets is a three minute drive down the road and worth the visit! They are known for their mouth watering, stuffed croissants with dozens of fillings to choose from.
