Wendell Falls

Wendell Falls is one of the largest and most amenity-heavy neighborhoods in the Triangle. Home to thousands of residents, it is a great option for those who want resort-style amenities while being close to Raleigh.

Where is it?

Wendell Falls is located in the town of Wendell NC. It’s just a few miles from Raleigh and about 15 minutes from the popular shopping district of North Hills. Directly Northwest of Wendell is Knightdale NC which has all of the big box chain options you could want in a town. Wendell Falls has its own shopping district including a large Publix grocery store, medical facilities, and restaurants!

What is there to do?

Wendell Falls itself has plenty of activities. There is currently one resort-style pool (with another pool being built soon), a farmhouse-style amenity center with a fitness center, and a coffee shop & cafe. There is corporate space built into the neighborhood with a Starbucks, restaurants, urgent care center, a Publix grocery store, and plenty of other options. It is 10 minutes from Target in Knightdale and Prime BBQ (the best BBQ joint in the Triangle). It’s 15 minutes from the North Hills shopping district in Raleigh, which includes shops, restaurants, live music events, a movie theater, and more!

With the Active Adult section of Wendell Falls, it’s the perfect environment to retire in, as well. The Active Adult community has its own community center and pool for a more relaxing setting. With townhomes close to the restaurants and shops it is also a great spot for singles and couples to live and play in the same area. It’s a great option for anyone looking on the east side of Raleigh!
