Fall Fun at Phillips Farm in Cary, NC!
By Chelsea Nallenweg
Fall has officially arrived in Raleigh, and that means the fall farms are opening! Phillips Farms of Cary’s Fall Fun Park is open for the season and it’s one you don’t want to miss. It’s a family owned farm packed with lots of kid friendly activities, games, pumpkins, and treats that make it easy to spend an entire day here!
The farm is filled with activities for all ages. Kids can bounce on the jumping pillows, ride the cow train, slide down the mega slide, play in the giant corn box, roll on roller racers and race through the corn maze! Families can also enjoy hayrides, slides, apple chucking, and live music. There are toddler playhouses and tricycles for little ones, mini golf and sports games for older kids, a petting zoo with friendly animals, duck races, and even candy cannon launches.
The food here is just as great as the activities. Along with seasonal favorites like kettle corn and candy coated apples, visitors can enjoy unique treats like organic flavored cotton candy, candy-coated grapes, and chocolate peanut butter bananas. For something more filling, Dampf Good BBQ is right on site and is absolutely delicious and worth the trip on its own.
The Fall Fun Park is open Thursday through Sunday throughout the season. They also have a Haunted Farm that just opened for the season on Friday and Saturday evenings! With a wide variety of activities for all ages, delicious seasonal treats, and a festive atmosphere, Phillips Farms is a must-visit outing for anyone looking to celebrate the fall season in the Triangle!
