Garner Recreation Center’s brand new playground is a unique park where kids of all abilities can climb, spin, slide, and explore together! There are so many inclusive features, which makes this playground great for everyone.
The playground features a zero-entry merry-go-round that allows easy access for children using mobility aids, along with multiple different styles of swings, interactive play panels, and a dynamic climbing structure. One of the standout features is the super cool slide! Instead of traditional stairs, kids reach the top using a rock-climbing ramp, adding some adventure and challenge before the big slide down!
A rubberized safety surface runs throughout the playground, making it easier and safer for children and adults using wheelchairs, walkers, or strollers to navigate the space. And another plus—the entire playground is fully fenced in, creating a secure environment for little ones to explore freely while parents can relax!
Garner Recreation Center’s new playground offers something special for everyone. With its inclusive design, innovative features, and secure, fully fenced layout, it’s a play space where families of all ages and abilities can enjoy!
